I am currently using my superpass and was wondering is flashme save? Can you savely uninstall it again witouth problems. (what are the risks) and what are the advantages besides not having a large superpass sticking out of the back.

FlashMe is safe if you get it from: (installer and uninstaller are there)
http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/

It can be uninstalled, and it keeps all your firmware settings like your nickname and birthday, and a few things you dont see like the MAC address.

The risk is if you shut off the DS, or take out the battery before the flashing is completed (during install or uninstall). The benefit is decreased power draw (since you arent using the CPLD in the passme any more), reduced DS size, less risk to your DS slot with the SuperPass getting pulled out instead of socketed, and well, its just darn nice to have recovery code in protected firmware in case something does trash your DS's unprotected firmware (so unlike the bricked PSP which cant be recovered without special hardware)
