If you live in Canada http://www.kicktrading.ca/ (not sure if that is what you meant by kicktraders as this THIS site is online.) is the cheapest as you don't need to pay exchange or any boarder duties...

Ordered mine last week, Postal tracking shows its eta as tomorrow.
