Is it possible to have more than one real time save for each game, when play GBA roms??

Yes, you need to double-click game on the list and choose Enable more Real Time Saver.
When saving, game will ask you for one of four slots to save.

Not sure what u mean mate, quick save L + R + SELECT + B, in game brings up SAVE or LOAD???

Using the supercard software on the computer, add your roms and then double click on each game, and a menu will come up.  You will see to towards the right side it says enable more saver and a couple lines down enable more real time saver.  Check which ever box suits your needs.  And then click OK .
Now you are back to the start up Supercard menu.  When you are done with the roms that you want to add your features to, click the out button.
