Deadmon is right, that's just the 4MB High Rez RAM Expansion pak for the N64 (A backside shot of it anyway.)

After reading the article, it looks like they are using the N64 Pak picture as reference as they do mention it.

that shape... I think they only put a pic of the N64 cart, because the red part is not something nitendo would do with the new design they are using. (DS lite, etc)

The RAM cart is gonna look like a GBA cart DUH....since it obiously fits in the GBA slot. Just look at the video that shows the guy using Opera, you'll see a cart in the GBA slot. THAT the RAM thingy

the article is saying the ds will get a ram expansion like the n64, hence the picture of the n64 cart, come on guys read the whole thing or stop being so dense.

The ram isn't going to be much, and it probably won't be used by any games... Currently there is no real reason to. It's existance is simply so you can actual browse websites without bursting into tears as the website reloads pictures as you scroll up and down.

Are they going to build the ram into the DS lite? It would be nice if they did so you dont have to have the ram cartrige in the GBA slot.

I think the DS lite uses exactly the same components inside, so no that wont be happening.
