Yup,

It's actually incorporated with FlashMe V7 right now... :)

If you have the old v7 flashed on your ds lite,  can you reflash with this new version without a superpass 2 and without shorting sl1??????

all i know is that the new v7 is just v7, with the flashme_lite functionality added.

if you already have the flashme_lite beta installed, then you don't need to short SL1, and in fact, it doesn't really change anything as far as I can tell. went from 0-100% in a second.  so I'm sure nothing changed (in the lite version) between the final beta and this new v7.

I hope the next version addresses the issue of the backlight defaulting to level 4 when plugged in to the AC adapter.

Loopy said there was no change. Just easier to flash either system now.

The trick will be coming up with something that reduces the chance of "straying" off the pads - that way we can recommend to people WHAT to use instead of something that WILL stray (like the screwdriver tip).

I've ordered a dslite and would like to flash it also when it arrives, I saw on another site someone created a tool with a drill bit, I think I will give that a try.
