OK. Wish there was a way to rename the shell folder and still get it to work. Other than that... works like a charm... and surprisingly I like playing MP3's on the NDS Lite. Thanks for the help all.

Now I wonder how long the battery lasts when playing MP3's   :?:

Try OGG format,  it plays it fine and either means you can have smaller files at same quality or better quality at same size as mp3

It supports DPG. You need converter. If you don't have it already, you can download it from the MoonShell site.

Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

mp3, oog are audio files... and mp4, mpg, avi are video files.

It still can't play mp4. The only video format it can play is dpg.

How is the mp3 quality with moonshell?
Can we change tracks using the L & R shoulder buttons?
Can the screen be closed and still able to play mp3s?

Sound is very good but you have to use headphones or connect DS to good speakers to enjoy full quality.

You can use L to pause and R to change track.

Audio playback works even with closed lid.
