This is a MAJOR issue.

Games lock-up, or just wont boot when loaded. this is 'compressed' and 'uncompressed'.

Would someone please look into this.

socket

try to be a little more specific.

what have you tried?

Dudu.exe

I started out with the latest SC software for CF version AND version 1.5 on my card. I am now in the process of systematically rolling back available firmware and SC software to see if i can make progress. This really sucks. I am trying to maintain a cool head in this matter. As of now nothing works with the latest firmware and software and Supercard CF. :(

use old firmware. it has already been established that the new kernel does not support GBA machines (SP and micro too)...

Unfortunately, unlike the ball, people do not bounce.

i read the following on supercard.cn

Quote
I have the JPN Famicom edition with the SD Supercard.... No problems as of yet...

I have the sd ver and am able to use the sc on my sp, games have been patched with 2.41. Some game work other don't, metroid both fuson and zero misson ZM still has slow down. I have not did more other then the e-books I have. Some of the pc type are still ok and do not need to be patched.
Supercard SD, Sandisk 2 GB, AData  256 MB
Supercard One - 512MB Transcend
Pink DSL with flashme v8a Org-FW  haven't checked

I should have mentioned that my SP works fine with supercard. This is a Gameboy Micro specific issue that needs to be addressed. I would like to know if someone here could try to use their Supercard SD version with the Gameboy Micro.

I think the GB Micro reads the supercard differently. I have a EZFA256 and it works flawlessly.  This is a Supercard CF (possibly SD version) issue with the GB Micro.

Look on the Supercard index page they have shots of working sd supercard on micro.

Im done with SC and all of their bullshit. I can take pictures of my car, but it doesn't mean that it WORKS!  Instead of posting STILL pics of a 'working' game, they should actually post instructions on how to get the thing working with a CF card. Do NOT buy supercard. The product quality is shaky and inconsistent. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. At first I would hear people say this and not understand. But, Now I do. The people behind Supercard are dishonest in business. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a WORKING product or information and firmware. It's not considered a favor WHEN WE PAID FOR A PRODUCT.

Just like when they said that it was 100% compatible and would not need patching when it first came out. This was a lie. The SD version was supposed to be a vast improvement. It was only a marginal improvement.  *runs to buy either a M3 or EZ FLASH III*
