Super Card Lite Saves Problem

I searched but couldn't find any solution to my problem.

I just recently switched micro sd's and so i transfered some of my backed up saves from my computer onto my new micro sd and the saves dont work. In mario kart, it says the save is corrupt. I thought it might have just been my save, so i went to dualscene.net and downloaded one of the 100% complete saves from there. i put it on, fixed the name, and when i tried to load the game, it said that my save file was corrupt, again. Can somebody help me find a solution to get save files working.

Just a thought, since you just switched microSD's, make sure it is formatted FAT(FAT16) not FAT32.

Yeah, my card is formatted to FAT. First thing I did.

Maybe reformat again, and then make sure the file names are exactly correct.

Oh yeah is your old micro around. If so remove all the files from it and then copy the contents of the new micro back to the old micro and see if they work on the old micro. just an idea to see if the files are good.

I can't use my old micro sd, because it is corrupt and I cannot connect it to the computer.

OK, lets say you take your mario kart rom and run it thru the supercard sofware and put the .dsq and .sav to your new microsd, and not use one of your backup .sav files. does that work?

Okay, I did what you said to do, loaded it, and everything worked perfectly. I didn't get a corrupt save file message.

Well at least you know your knew microSD is good! You may be able to use the old sav files, but make sure the name is correct. Copy the name and rename the old one and see if it works now. I do not know if you get the error if it is mispelled or not.

Alrite, I got a 100% complete back up save working for Mario Kart and Elite Beat Agents. For some reason, the Jump Ultimate Stars save doesn't seem to be working. Im going to test my Brain Age save backups.

okay i tried brain age and it somewhat worked. my brothers save file was there but mine wasnt :|. mario vs donkey kong 2 and phoenix wright save didnt work for me either. but some did work for me. I guess my problem is at random? i dont quite understand how that happens but i guess there isnt much i can do about it.

maybe your old card was corrupting your save files, well possibly...
