I have been playing this game regularly on my SCSD, and it has worked flawlessly.
A couple of days ago I organized the files on my SD card, and put all my GBA games in one folder and my NDS games in another. However, since reorganizing C:AoS loads a white screen and freezes.

All my other games still work

What did I do wrong?

Files could've gotten corrupted. Copy all the games onto your computer, format the card, and then copy them back on. If that fails, repatch the ROM.
Setup: Onyx DS Lite, CycloDS + Kingston 8GB MicroSDHC; Camo GBA Micro, EZIV + Kingston 2GB MicroSD

thanks for the reply, this solved my problem. The game was currupted and I did  have to reformat my card.

Why does this happen? Could something like Scan Disk fix the rom? my assuption is that it has something to do with using FAT instead of FAT32 or NTFS

Sometimes files just get corrupted during transfer. There's likely nothing wrong with your flash memory; it operates on different principals than your hard drive.
