Since the Supercard DS One uses moonshell... is there a way to replace the top screen that says Supercard? I can't seem to find a way.

The top background pic in moonshell is called "c_file.bmp" if that helps.

I've replaced that... but it only chabges the bottom screen. For the life of me... I cannot get the top screen to change. Maybe has something to do in the skin.ini? Just changing out the bmp doesn't work.

Nope. Nothing works. I have replaced every audio and video file and .ini file. I can gt everything to change but the Top screen. It must be wired somehow into the card itself.

i can only look at the files and pics of it, when my SD DS1 arrives, i will play with more. My guess is that it is coded into it and you will not be able to change it.

That is what I am thinking. Probably the coding within the chipset itself.

Actually, I've noticed that I can completely replace the SCDS /shell directory with a one from standard Moonshell. So if you have a favorite Moonshell theme then you can use that instead. Standard Moonshell themes seem to be more responsive when scrolling the menu up and down too. The only catch is that you will loose the SCDS pull down menu options. One could easily switch between the SCDS shell and a Moonshell theme by renaming /shell directories. I hope a few people understand what I'm trying to say here.

gotcha, will try out in a week or so. Is there a way to incorporate both, i should say integrate both together to get teh best of both worlds?

I haven't spent much time tweaking Moonshell themes myself. I'm not sure.

I would want to be able to use the SCDS1 to its fullest capabilities though... I just want to get rid of the top splashscreen and replace it with something else.
