if anyone has seen the anime Air Gear they know what im talking about its basically rollerblades but with motors in them to go at high speeds i kno i would want a pair

heh, i've been following the manga down at www.stoptazmo.com. normally, oh!great's work is known for the fan service but the story and concept behind airgear is quite good.

i did used to rollerblade for a short time. being abstract about it all, i don't think the idea is practical - nothing to do with the mechanics, but the wheels would be too large and you'd be too high off the ground. if you look at rollerblades, there's 4 wheels (usually) but if you only had two and scale it up then it would be like riding a penny farthing.

but anyways, i'm too old to be throwing myself off ramps, stairs and buildings. so to answer the question, if they were real, i probably wouldn't buy them  :roll:
