Folders not showing up

Basically I am having a big problem.  I am putting files into folders into my MiniSD and they just don't show up on the Supercard menu.  It is really odd because new roms or homebrew all show up, just not folders.  Can anyone help me?

Nevermind, formatted the SD card twice and everything is back to normal.  :)
