im trying to make an animation, but whenever i edit one it changes every frame

In my opinion Photoshop isn't the best at animations. If you have FireWorks, I'd try to use that instead, but if not I'm sure someone here can help. Just a thought.

I decided to make every individual frame in photoshop and just imported one by one into easy gif.
