> This site here: http://www.64scener.com/ includes an apology from DickFader and instructions on how to scan a ROM for the DS.Bricker signature. Ihave downloaded it and used the command given but I get no output - anybody else tried this? Have you got it working? How?

If you get no output it means its worked! if you get some "garbage" its a bad one... run it against r0mloader or whatever to see what happens when you get a "hit". Didn't romman state they'll be checking in the new patcher app? if not I'll add something to dslazy. Assuming I'm not too lazy.

dude, adding it to dslazy would be cool... i was thinking about making a front end, but i was too lazy... do it!

but now I'm confused... I hadn't actually tested it before - I seem to be getting hits for any homebrew :( - The roms I've tested are fine though. So I guess it will detect someone just appending it as a loader or something. Anyone else seeing the same behaviour with homebrew stuff?

Also for the interested I found a video of crashme at work ;)

good job. Seems to work - would be even better if had multi-rom support - but I am thankful for it already. :D
can get .net framework (required) from:

crapy 30kb limit on dl speed though

Thanks a lot

I just spoke to darkfader on irc. Its not good. Looks like the grep thing doesn't work properly for homebrew. He's updated his site and removed the grep bit. Maybe he'll come up with a better solution. It should still be fine for scanning roms though so if thats all you care about its all good.
