All this talk of suing is crazy. Imagine the backlash on the homebrew scene as the media pick up on the case. People want to sue anyone thesedays thats why bloody insurance is so high. Dump the suing shit cause it just aint gonna happen. The case would probaly cost a case of ds's anyway. So if you ran the bricker and killed your DS then maybe next time you might research what your actualy loading on to your console. Would you run something called flashmybios.exe on your pc i dont think so.

Drop the suing shit and start rebuiding the DS scene
