I'm at work right now (with my DS all ready to upgrade) but I can't access the rapidshare site cos of company policies ('blocked by content keeper')!

Just put the SCU file into the SD Card and boot into GBA mode. It should ask you if you want to upgrade. Remember to remove the SCU file from the SD card when your finished.

my DS slot is Broken :-/
and that just happened now  
i can't fit any games in the Ds slot anymoer they jump back out
maybe it's because of the passkey
i don't know i suppose my DS is broken

You will need to re-patch clean dumps with the new software id imagine.
How did you NDS slot break ??
