1- Does the GBA union work?

2- When i want to run a GBA rom where should i put the SD card? (in the M3  or slot 2 flash card )

3- What storage capability does the M3 simply has without having slow downs?

4- What is the actual usable storage in the 2GB SanDisk microSD ? and is there bigger SanDisk microSD card?

5- Do all the homebrews  that work on SClite Work on M3 simply (because I  am confused about if i should trade my SClite for my sister's M3 simply)

Hi

for question 5, almost, but you need to use didi. There are a few homebrews that don't use didi, and they might work on the sclite but not the m3 simply

1. of course

But if the M3 Simply requires the FAT filesystem, not FAT32, then you're limited to 4 GB.  I'm not sure what the M3 Simply can take though.
