SNES is possible with SnemulDS(i think), but GBA is not possible(unless you boot from a slot-2 flashcart.)

See http://scdev.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=72930&highlight=#72930 for a long explanation on the three SNES emulators for the DS. Long story short, compatibility isn't perfect, and some games will never work, though many games are very enjoyable.

GBA games cannot be run directly from a slot-1 device.

For NES games, check http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/NES_DS for instructions.

Also check out http://nintendo-ds.dcemu.co.uk and look for the "emulators for DS" section of the navigation bar.
