You can now change your icons and other stuff in the XMB now. Theres no need to stay in 3.30 OE-C anymore.

3.03 is the version you meant to say, there is also now a 3.30 customization plugin so there really is no reason to stay at 3.03. I never did anyways because customizability was pretty low on my list.
