Excellent, thanks!! :D

I'll give it a shot with my Lite and see if they've added the backlight functionality ... ;)

Just tried it - no backlight adjustment, still ... :(

Oh well, maybe they're just waiting until the Lite is released in the States or something. I'm sure they'll release something for the Lite soon!

Wonder what the changes are.  Maybe it just recognises V5 firmware and DS lite firmware?  I think I'll update anyway when I get home, just in case there are some minor bug fixes.

Do i have to mess with SL1 to install this? (I have FlashMe v6 now)

spas

what are the changes / improvments?

m2pt5

I just installed it (over FlashMe v6) and it started at ~63%, and ran through to 100% without needing to be shorted.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

filozof

I really don't wanna go over that shorting stuff again.. Is this really necessery ? I'm very happy with my v6  :)

Nyutan

did anyone say what changed?

rash_462

I think the improvement for flashme v7 over v6, is now the flashme will be able to detect your DSL firmware version unlike v6.

Nyutan

Well.. that's kind of.. Anti-climatic.

QuoteIt looks like Loopy has added support to boot an MK2/3 directly (without the need for a GBA flash cart or Neo-Key more)

got this info from http://drunkencoders.com
