It's only on the Chinese page at the moment,but it works on my English card. The slow and cheat features are working pretty well.

edit: Some homebrew stops working. I have to launch them through DSO.

You must upgrade to 1.7 before you upgrade to 1.8.
Put the upgrade.scu on your card. It will automatically be run on startup.

You need to enable cheats when converting the game. The cheat screen will be shown on startup, you can also press L R UP START in game.

There're converters included to convert codes to Supercard format; 228 are included with the package.

Works great.  You can choose between Chinese and English.  Now is the cheat converter just for DS or is it for gba also?

if reference to buying a rumble card it was cheaper to buy at the time than a normal supercard and as we already have 2 ezflash 3 cards for gba the fact that rumble had no gba support didnt matter

if you mean the released update above then its not for rumble its different firmware to the lite/normal firmware as far as i know

hmmm must of only just updated on the dns servers to my isp upto the time of me posting there was not an update available or still showing the old 2.58/1.7 firmware  doh!

why?

couldnt tell you the exact reason but theres always been 2 versions of the firmware out there one for rumble one for none rumble  

and this firmware will not upgrade the rumble anyhow as it states IT ISNT ACCURATE UPGRADE FILE PLEASE TURN OFF GBA guessing i have to wait for the english firmware version maby  !?
