With DS games, Yes absofrickenlutley, but for GBA games, not at all...

nyuk1998

The only problem I'm having with my supercard is what games to play.  (I got too many.)

ShadowFalls

I have a Supercard SD, works great, only issues may be video playback, but since its not really something I cared too much about anyways, it does not matter.

What a silly subject Supercard is amazing for what it is. I mean it was ment to be a bloody movie player and look at what its migrated into nothing short of excellence in my opinion.

Oh Yes, The SCSD is the best thing i've bought in years, exceot for my nintendo DS of course  8) It Really owns in NDS Games, and since I don't want to play GBA games, i'm 101% Happy with it !!!!!!!!!!

I was untill it fucked up, my M3 is way better though.

Let me answer the question with a math problem:

  1 Gig CF card
+ 156 GBA Games
+ 112 NES Games
+ 50 GB Games
+ 61 GGear Games
+ a handfull of Sierra on-line ganes (via the GBAGI emulator)
+ a handfull of e-texts  (via Gameboy Bookreader Advance)
-------------
= Very satisfied!

It NEVER leaves my GBA. Yes, I was initially dissapointed with some of the games that had slowdown, but there are MORE than enough games of a similar type to make up for that (just HOW many mario-clone driving/battle games are needed? Mario and Crash don't work, but Nicktunes and Konami Racers do).

I would have LOVED the textreader to have been more robust. Yes, you can make carts using a couple of different programs, and I have, but it would have been more fun to just load up .txt files, like the .nes, .gg and .gb files. But with no way to bookmark in the supplied text reader, it's pretty useless.

My Supercard is like a good friend - I accept it as it is, warts and all, and get MUCH in return.

Same here. I have a SD supercard and a M3 SD (small version) and so far the M3 has totally replaced the supercard. My faulty supercard doesn't even work in my GB Micro (never has).  The M3 works in the micro the DS and the GB Player flawlessly.  I didn't even know I was playing some games in slowdown before I got my M3. Goes to show you get what you pay for QUALITY!

Satisfied? Well, it's good for what I paid. I would like better GBA compatability/having it automatically save, but whatever. Right now, it needs to be updated to work right with Tetris DS.

I like my Supercard SD. It is very good partners with my WIFI card. :)

But it would be great for the GBA games to autosave like the DS games...

Too bad reading / wrinting to SD isn't in most homebrew :(

ekolimits

im not satisfied at all!!! slowdowns are really gay!
gba compatibility stinks... (i dont have a ds yet so i need gba compatibility!)

i just ordered a sd mini 1g and i am about to get the m3 sd mini!
I heard that the m3 is way better ... no slowdons!!!!

Supercard lacks powerfull hardware...
