why don't you just flash? I was scared too but flashing took  me only 5 seconds not a stop at all. just do the foil on the toothpick and wrap tape around it except for the tip.  Its easy and you don't have to switch out any cards.  And just use stealth i don't see why you would use the non stealth because stealth is the same is non xept when you press select it shows the warning.

Seems rather convoluted to get it to work....
I'm not sure I follow what you're trying to do (mainly cos I dont know much about the MK4)
But if it involves a supercard, how do you boot the supercard and do you really need the DS-Link if you have a supercard?

its easy if theres flashme then it auto boots to the dslink menu.  The mk4 is where on it theres a switch to boot either ds or gba slot so you put it on ds and then you swap the card out afterward.  flashing would involve a supercard but the mk4 woudln't

Wow. I just realized the lameness of not having a built-in pass me.
You need a complete setup before you can even get a dslink.
That just occured to me... call me slow.
This just makes the dslink worthless unless your buying it for a 2nd nds or you know someone that has the passme/other flashcard.

meh I think you can pull off a mk4 and dslink flashing. put the mk4 then swap the dslink and launch flashme from there. It seems doable.

Yeah I am sure there is ways to do everything, but it just sucks that you have to have something before getting a dslink, otherwise you just bought a very horrible paperweight.

This really is dirt cheap, I just hope that they will make the English support better and wouldn't drop it in few months... its the risk we have with these products. But since its so cheap I will probably buy it myself.

The Chinese version DSLink CANNOT use the English vesion core/firmware. It will DEAD your DSLink when you use the English verison firmware on Chinese version DSLink.

Bleh, thats what the DSLink representative said. Maybe they can revert it in the future, dunno.

I spoke with a person from www.dslink.cn

He told few facts about the product:

There will be an update to the card in every 2-4 weeks depending on the need.

Bugs and problems in games should be sent to the email address found from www.dslink.cn

www.dslink.cn is represents DSLink abroad (is an agent), outside China and GBALink/DS-link.net is for the Chinese consumerbase.

That www.ds-links.com is a fraud, confirmed by the DSLink officials. They don't have a wholeseller outside of China so even that makes ds-links a complete fraud, don't use any of their services. The guy I spoke with also confirmed that they are trying to find a wholeseller from Europe and the US. Those who think they could do it should contact em via dslink.cn.
