Hello everyone,

Is anyone else having this problem?

My roms are coming out at over 100mb with the new software.

This is for the SD verion.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling..

What roms is the patcher software doing this with?

I heard its making Feel the magic 1 106mb...a very weird bug!

Mario Kart DS
Mario 64 DS
Nintendogs
Yoshi Touch and Go
Scooby Doo
Robots
Madagascar
Ridge Racer

they all come out at the same size, 106mb.

i tested feel the magic2, mario and yoshi  with 2.342 and they all have a normal size
before to install a new patcher software, you must uninstall the previous one, that's safer...
maybe try to redownload the software

I installed 2.432 this morning (didn't bother uninstalling 2.431 first) and the rom sizes have been fine.

Out of curiosty, are you inputting .zip files or .nds files?

did a system restore to yesterday then installed 2.432 and it workng fine now.

Dont know what it was tho, strange..

had the same problem!  solved by uninstalling, then manually removing all SuperCard registry entries and restarting the computer!  Installed newest version after bootup >> no size problem!

EDIT: problem NOT SOLVED: deleting registry had merely reverted to save on DS CART and boot from DS cart options. when set to save and boot from SD the size problem remains!

it's a bug of this version (only SD), but at least the games save right now (advance wars ds for example). However you can always trim the 106mb roms manually (there are only some mb of seroes in the end, you can delete)

but yeah the 90mb mario kart saves correctly on sd now!

let's only hope the size bug gets fixed

Fifa '06 size wise is ok

on 2.43 SD it didn't save during battles and randomly even after battles.

i can only see 1 version of the softare in the download section which is 2.43 but cant see this 2.432 version mentioned above.where u guys get it from. thx

Yeah, this is surley a bug - but its cool they are letting us be more involved in testing and not making us wait till the next big update.

so dont complain too much or theyll kick us out of the loop :wink:

Mario Kart is fine for me, 24,9Meg big
