So lucky I didn't buy a SCLite!

I'm just gonna wait for this baby.Rumble's certainly not nessasary, but I drool at the idea of new homebrew apps that utilise the rumble feature.Even updating older ones with it.

New beup that rumbles if one sends you a new message and you have the lid closed?

Also personally,I coudn't care less about losing GBA compartibility.

And last but not least,I would NEVER buy a slot-1 card,it's not practical.

I want slot-2 for my homebrew and slot-1 for my game cards...
e who laughs last, obviously didn't get the joke.

im getting this, as much as i never play gba on my current supercard minisd. im getting a lite soon and this seems like a good deal. at £15.87 on bamboogaming.com.

o has anybody heard of that site. its on the supercard.cn site so its gotta be legit. any info about it?

Iv ordered there afew times, actually had excellent customer service even when I had a bad SC shipped. Quick response...Thats what I like

Enjoy

so any idea when this is supposed to be released? I just sold my supercard sd and have a 1gb sd card, so was wondering should I upgrade or just get another sc sd.

bacon

ok cheers rick.

that site says october 13th so its prob that.

one thing im worried about is that the newer supercard lite with rumble is actually cheaper then the normal old supercard lite

sonicwind

its because they completly took out all gba.  I'd rather have a slot one with no rumble and no gba and more stuff than this.

Devil_Spawn

i, personally think that a perfect slot 1 and a gba+rumble+opera slot 2 would be perfect!

rickf1018

I ordered my sc rumble yesterday, got confirmation and its being sent out first chance they get.

Enjoy

Seems like, if we want to play newer games, we will need to buy another SuperCard....

And No Gba Support ?

Why will we have to buy a new sc or newer games?

Hanafuda

I don't get that from reading the SCRumbLite specs, either. But I am curious if the specs hint at an actual performance increase over the existing line.

Does that mean more than before, or the same as what's in the SCLite now?

DO you have experience with other version of SC for comparison?
Either way ...
yes, test it! try it out with the Metroid Prime rumble patcher (go to the SC site if you don't have the patcher yet) - and try the rumble with some games that don't have native rumble - for example try setting NSMB to rumble whenever you throw fire, or in Nanostray whenever you shoot, or in a racing game whenever you use the brake.

And test it for speed/performance. Run the Castlevania vid, run Animal Crossing, Tony Hawk and Spiderman directly from the microsd ... well I guess you don't have a choice since as far as we know the ram's gone. I have to say I am VERY interested in hearing how it does, particularly if someone is eventually able to do an in-depth review of the SCRumbLite vs. the regular SCLite.

I have patched the metroid prime hunter with the iRP..... It works perfectly i am pretty impressed.

I can't compare it to the original sc lite as I don't have one. But i am very happy with its performance and at this stage have no compalints. I have not tried ANimal crossing I will try it and get back on that one.

Mario vs Donkey kong2 has the slow down but it is less then my supercard sd.

I am very happy with it. it its perfectly in my lite (in and out easily). The micro sd also fits nicely into the card.

I just had a thought - Starfox needs to be loaded from supercard RAM in order to avoid white-screen crashes when exiting a game. If the RAM is gone in the RUMBLE series, does that mean no more Starfox???

I'd love to know, this will be a deciding factor in my purchase.
