Well, the Japanese release came out MONTHS ago and that has the same problem. Supercard team did a tiny fix for it and then seemingly forgot to finish the job, instead making us load it into the SC RAM which takes forever. And now they're busy churning out rumble junk, so I'm taking my custom elsewhere.

No, the SuperCard Rumble has the GBA circuitry removed sorry. And there are no GBA emulators for the DS as of yet.

I've just received the new SCminiSDrumble.
So I tried using the mini SD I use in my classic SCminiSD, and no game seems to works.
Just 2 white screen.

Some of them are patched with the latest patcher.
I can't repatch them right now, but I can't figure where would be any difference.

Anybody knows about that ?

SuperCardStore

The SuperCard mini-SD Rumble Version is not the same as the SuperCard mini-SD 'full' version - the rumble versions have no GBA hardware support. That's why they won't play GBA games, obviously.

So, you have to patch stuff for the Rumbles using the Rumble-only patcher.  Stuff already patched with the SC Mini-SD version of the patcher will not work with the rumbles.

Hope this helps

Chris

Nice to see you SuperCardStore and well said.

I agree 1005 with him. You'll need to re-patch.

StarFox works fine with the Rumble version. You DO NOT have to patch it the way they say as it works great but just has a bug if you try and mess with the Wifi settings.

Hiya---

Just got my new SCRumble today... and as previously posted by Keroro, when just swapping the microSD card into my new SC,  i get two white screens for every single game!

So... if i understand correctly (SuperCardStore, this is aimed at you)... what you are saying is, I have repatch my ENTIRE library of games in order for them to compatible with this new supercard???

That really is a LOT of trouble, as I've loads of games already patched and ready to put on my memory cards..   :(

Is it possible you could at least just make some kind of patcher to just patch the already converted *.dsq files ???

ARG!!!
It is a HUGE letdown that your product is not REVERSE compatible!!!!!
====
... as an afterthought...  why not make a firmware upgrade JUST for the rumble users, so we dont have to re-patch our games???
Box - TSOP EvoxM8Plus
XBox 360 - TS w/ Xtreme 3.1
PSP - 1.5J/2.71SEa w/ 4Gig MicroSD
NDSL - J (Day 1 release) w/ v7 FW & SC-Rumble

Get over it my friend. It has nothing to do with the SuperCard store and if you deleted all of your clean ROMs that’s your fault.

All flashcarts of any brand are like this and you would have had to re-patch the ROMs when updates for the patcher and firmware came out anyway. You would also have to re-patch if you changed flashcarts. It has nothing to do with the brand of flashcart or the model.

You should never delete you clean ROMs, that’s the moral of this story.

i think daveychan is under the impression that supercardstore has something to do with romman.  it doesn't.

supercardstore has nothing to do with the creators of supercard, and has no say in the patching software, firmware, or hardware design.
