The 'enable patch cartridge access' has 2 options now.. high and low... no idea what that means

phew, that's quite some riddle there...

Tested on some problem cases:

- Harvest Moon, Lego Star Wars both now patch properly.
- Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 still runs slow on Supercard Lite dammit.  Glad I bought it.
- Oddly, I haven't been able to successfully re-patch Danny Phantom.  I'll work on it.

Man, I didn't know Mario v DK had slow downs. when do the slowdowns happen?
