Hi Gavin. The cost is $15 for service plus return shipping.  You have a PM with more info.

PS  I removed the email address from your previous post so you don't get spammed.

Hi Gordon. Mission accomplished!  I'll send it back to you today. Enjoy.  :)

Just got my DS back! Thanks Chris! It's good as new, this guy is legit, if you're having fuse problems do not hesitate to send it to him. Way cheaper/faster than sending it to Nintendo! Thanks again man!

Hello bitblt, just today I messed up my DS while trying to flash it. I'd like to know if you could fix it for me, and put flashMe 8a on it, or 7 if you don't want to put 8a on it for whatever reason. It stopped working after 1% because I was fiddling around with the screwdriver i was trying to use as the bridge... since it wouldn't go higher even when I tried using other screwdrivers, I turned it off and back on... but now it doesn't work. I was really freaking out until I found this, as I'm not too good at soldering, and I don't have another DS with which I could fix this. Do you think you could help?

Also yeah, I know you're not supposed to turn it off while flashing but the program for flashing 8a said you could save it by holding select and start... didn't say that it had to be at at least 5% first though. :(

Hi BerserkLeon. Are you sure FlashMe recovery doesn't work? I don't think it realy needs to be much more than 1% to recover. Anyway no problem, I can fix your DS issue with the BIOS swap trick. That is easy other than having to take two DS's apart. If the fuse is blown then I will have to solder it. You have PM.

Hi BerserkLeon. Mission accomplished.  I didn't have to solder anything because fuse F2 wasn't blown. I performed the BIOS swap trick and then ran FlashMe v8a all the way to 100% without a problem using a thin rolled piece of tinfoil. I'll send it back tomorrow. Enjoy.  :)

Happy New Year!  I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "card readers". I guess you mean slot1 and slot2 are not working? I don't have experience with that sort of problem so I'm not sure I can fix it.  I will take a look if you like.  As far as your other DS Lite with the power problem, I can probably fix it.  You have PM.

Hello,

My DS Lite charges but does not power on. I'm wondering if you can fix this? Thanks.

bitblt

Sorry guys.  I've been busy lately and haven't had time to check in. If you still need my help let me know.  :)

I'd still like help, if you can help at this point. Think I screwed up too much
