Does it need to be said by the same person 3 or 4 times in a row? You voiced your opinon the first time you said it, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time is just spaming.

The first thing I would suggest is try to return or exchange your SC if possible.

As a last resort I suggest trying to restore your supercard firmware using WiFiMe and DF's FlashMP program.  WiFiMe allows homebrew to be run on a DS without a SC, using 'download and play'.  FlashMP is a homebrew program that can restore SC CF/SD firmware.

From what i'm gathering, the chip on the back is failing updates if it has CB on it. The ones that have MX are updating fine.

I remember reading all upgrades should be done with DS in GBA mode, is this still the case ?

i am totaly not sure but no one has said it works when the firmware in NDS mode yet but when you do it in GBA mode it seems to work could you test for us?

I booted in DS mode with flashme and it worked on both my SD and mini-SD

It seems that only the supercard with back chip CB got bricked. The others with the "MX" chip are fine.
