movies and songs are not hombrew -_- homebrew means applications or games like dsorganize or frozen buble etc. ofcourse movies and songs are illegal their copywrited.

Are you serious?  If something is illegal without the DS, why would the legality change when using a DS...

And really, if you play illegally obtained music with a DS media player like moonshell, It's the obtaining of the illegal file that is illegal, moonshell is just a media player.

If you try getting caught you can............  Even if they catch you they will just ask that you delete all the illegal material within 24hours.  Theres too many people doing it to catch it all.
