I think its more of a case of the save file that came packaged with the rom was corrupt. Once this file was removed i no longer had a corrupt save and was able to save.

my sd card is destroyed it looks now :?
the pc wont reconize the sd card anymore

It's not broken. Just reformat it... try using quickformat with fat or Fat32 at least that was the way I got my "broken" SD to work again(after supercard killed it, a month or so ago ^^)

And another thing, isn't the game slow ? (maybe the real cartridge is same, but the game seems slow to me, even in 100cm3, maybe I play too much to the GC version lol =\)

Dav: you kidding? This game plays fast and beautifully at a solid 60FPS. When I was playing the classic N64 games I was absolutely in LOVE.

play 50 cc for a bit
then go to 150 cc

you will see what is fast =]

Why I would kidding ?

I didn't say the game had slowdown but I feel the game was slow.

I just played to the GC version, and I said the DS is much slower than the GC one (100cc for both), but maybe it's normal, it's just a DS after all, not a GC.

Didn't try the 50cc, so I don't think this is the problem (started with 100cc, like every Mario Kart Game, 50cc is always slower).

I'll try 150cc, but I'm glad to not have bought this game lol (especially without the online mode cuz of my crappy connection).

I'll try to delete the .sav, maybe the game really save to the 2Mb one, even if he said the save is "MAYBE" corrupted.

A bit faster in 150cc, but I'll keep playing to the GC Version  :lol:

For the save, yeah, delete it avoid the error message to be displayed, but it's don't save for me too.

Just have to wait the next patcher and choose "DS Card" for the save at least.

try "Options" then "Erese Data" then try again ..

i never get a corrupted or sothing.. i eresed it before plaing

"options" "erase data" causes the game to freeze for me.

SD version the save just doesn't work right for most people unlike the CF version.
